A: It’s about you: Your health, your goals. You have a Healthcare Team (HCT) to support you. Your team includes a Medical Doctor and a Dietitian Wellness Coach.

Our remote monitoring technology keeps you and your HCT connected in real time. You’ll have access to our HIPAA-compliant App used for remote monitoring with a smart scale you take home. All this, right at your fingertips.

We offer extended appointment times, as well as Evening and Saturday appointments. Our approach to health is flexible and sustainable, it’s not about short-term restrictions or calorie counting. You’ll make small, gradual lifestyle changes that add up to big results. We prioritize individualized treatment. Studies, and our experience, show that receiving care from a HCT helps support more layers of health by focusing on sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, decluttering mind-body and setting and meeting goals!

A: Step 1 to getting started is completing our 360-degree Health Assessment. This is a comprehensive exam with our Medical Doctor that allows them to gather in depth information about your health, needs and goals and present you with your individualized plan. A: The 360-degree Health Assessment includes 2 Medical Doctor (MD) visits, blood and urine tests, Body Composition, Physical Exam, EKG for your heart, as well as Food Diagnostics tests using our AI App to create a detailed baseline report of your food and nutrition habits. At the end of the 360-degree Health Assessment, our MD will discuss individual recommendations based on your results.

A: Yes. You will see a double board-certified Medical Doctor (MD) with years of experience in Nutrition, Medicine, and Overall health. Our doctor is a national expert, educator and researcher, who is US-licensed and maintains active board-certifications. All your medical visits will be with our practice MD.

A: In addition to your Medical Doctor (MD), you will see a board-certified Wellness Coach. Coaches work closely with your MD to fully support your holistic care, placing you at the top of the pyramid and creating a plan that supports your physical, mental, and emotional needs. Coaching visits are not mandatory but highly encouraged. Your 1:1 individual coaching sessions are virtual, right from the comfort of our HIPAA-compliant App. If interested, you can also participate in monthly Wellness Groups. Groups create a community of support, in a judgment free space. Members frequently share positive feedback about the impact that their sessions have had on their progress.

A: Once you’ve completed your 360-degree Health Assessment, next is Step 2: this is where your Membership program gets started. Membership is a flat monthly fee that includes: All Medical Doctor (MD) visits, All Wellness Coach visits, All blood and urine tests ordered by your MD, Body Composition tests, EKG for heart health, a Smart scale you take home, our App for Video/Texting and Remote Tracking, Flexible and Extended Appointment Times, an Individualized Nutrition Plan and Access to Live Monthly Virtual Wellness Groups. A: You will see the Medical Doctor 1:1 monthly, either in person or virtually.

You will see the Wellness Coach twice a month for 1:1 guidance and always virtually on your App. This added convenience of virtual video visits allows you to have your visits from anywhere, without having to take time aside to drive to an office. As part of your Membership, you will also be invited to participate in Monthly Wellness Group Sessions. Groups are optional and always virtual.

 

A: Yes! This is why our HIPAA-compliant App gives you direct access for text messaging and video appointments with your Medical Doctor and Wellness Coach. You’ll have access to your Healthcare Team, in real time.

A: Your Medical Doctor (MD) will talk about the toolbox of currently available and safe options for the long-term treatment of your health concerns. Medications are prescribed based on your insurance coverage. If your treatment plan includes medications, your MD will check your insurance coverage first. We handle all prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations. If your treatment plan includes medical grade Meal Replacements (MRs), this will be replacing foods you purchase at the grocery store, restaurant or take-out. Insurance does not cover the cost of food. MRs are HSA/FSA eligible.

A: We are all about individualizing treatment. As part of your 360-degree Health Assessment, you and your Medical Doctor (MD) will discuss treatment options. You will work closely with your MD to tailor the program that is right for you which may include medications if that is appropriate. Your health and safety are our priority. A: Yes, the Medical Doctor prescribes GLP-1 medications. GLP-1s are naturally occurring hormones made by our gut that signal to decrease your appetite, regulate digestion and make us feel full longer. For reference, brand names you may be familiar with include: Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound®. Read more about GLP-1s and how they are helping with Long-Term Weight Loss.

A: Each insurance plan’s coverage is unique. We navigate your insurance to help you access coverage information. You and your doctor will discuss what options are best for you. Remember, not everyone needs medication and GLP-1 medication is not for everyone. In the scenario that there is no path to an affordable GLP-1 medication for you, we still guarantee results. Our Medical Doctor has helped thousands of Members succeed!

A: Absolutely! Our Medical Doctor will create an optimized plan for pre-surgical weight loss. Whether you are having knee or hip surgery, weight loss surgery, or are recovering from surgery and need to lose weight, we can help. Our Team will work with your Surgical Provider to coordinate care. If you have questions about treatment plans for specific surgeries, call or text our office at 561-621-1096.

A: Fad Diets don’t work. And, we’ll never restrict your diet. Instead, we’ll help you reset it. Our approach to food is balance. We strive to help everyone rebuild a flexible and sustainable approach to food by focusing on whole, clean, and lean foods, minimizing fast foods, and including fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Dietary restrictions you might have including gluten-free, kosher, vegan, and lactose-free (to name just a few) are taken into consideration. A: Your Nutrition Plan will be created as part of your Membership. Through the App, you will have access to our Digital Library that contains a wide variety of resources. Our Recipes include Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinners. Our team is frequently updating content and creating new Plans and delicious Recipes. The best part of your Nutrition Plan is that it is dynamic. We have a database with over 2,000 verified recipes, so if there is something you don’t see in your App’s Digital Library, simply ask your Healthcare Team.

A: Ebooks and Recipe Packs are a collection of resources written by our expert team of doctors, dietitians and medical writers. They are part of the Membership perks. These resources cover a variety of topics related to your health needs. Examples of EBooks include: Metabolism Health, A Guide to Eating Out, The Not so Sweet Truth about Sugar, and Nutrition & Heart Health. Your Healthcare Team will work closely with you to find which resources are best for your goals. You can download a copy of our Free EBook on our homepage.

A: Absolutely! We focus on helping people with broad health concerns and believe that improving underlying metabolic health improves overall health too. As part of your holistic care, we will monitor your metabolic health and coordinate your plan with your Primary Care Provider and other Healthcare Specialists such as Cardiology, Orthopedics and Mental Health. While we are not a replacement for those providers and their treatment plans, the health changes you make through our program will also have positive outcomes on those conditions.

A: Our goal is to help you achieve long-term health. Whether it be improving nutrition, supporting weight loss, or managing health issues like high cholesterol or diabetes. You can call or text our main office number 561-621-1096 if you have specific questions about your eligibility.

We commonly support members with the following conditions:

A: We’ve designed a Direct Patient Care plan for our Members. One flat monthly fee and no hidden fees. We accept most major credit cards, HSA/FSA or personal checks. At the end of each medical visit, you will receive a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed will depend on your individual insurance plan and tier. We do not handle insurance reimbursement submissions, nor submit paperwork for you.

A: Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for your program.

A: You do not need a doctor’s referral to get started.

We ask that you have an ongoing relationship with a Primary Care Physician (PCP) if we identify issues during your health journey that are not directly related to your metabolic health. In those cases, we need to work closely with your PCP to be sure you get the evaluation and treatment you need. Communicating and partnering with your primary care team is a way to provide you with coordinated, safe and comprehensive care of the highest caliber.

A: Our program is designed to be sustainable and fit into your life for long-term results. Minimum commitment is 3 months once you get started, however most Members continue with us for 12 months or more once they see the positive results of our program.

A: We offer the highest standard of healthcare based on studies that show it takes 6 months to make changes that stick. We recommend Members stay on our program for a minimum of 3 months and beyond this period for sustainable results. Unlike other programs, our approach is holistic and designed to set you up for long-term success.

A: There are two types of Payment Options: Annual or Monthly. Every Member has access to the same services, regardless of your Payment Option. Both Memberships are a flat fee, without hidden costs for services. The Annual Membership (AM) is a one-time fee and grants services for a full calendar year. The Monthly Membership (MM) is billed once a month and has a minimum 3-month commitment.

A: If you’re not satisfied with the program, your Monthly Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. If cancelled before the first 3-month commitment, a cancellation fee will apply. Annual Memberships can be canceled at any time and are non-reimbursable.
