In medium saucepan, over medium heat, use your oil of choice. Cook chopped garlic, carrots, onion [pepper] until tender.
Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir to break up tomatoes.
Add seasoning, [sugar].
Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10min.
