Amy is the friendly face and voice ready to help. Her multitasking ability to provide direction, assistance and customer support truly makes our member’s experience unique. Her coffees are famous if you’ve been to our waiting area. She works closely with the Medical Team assisting in day-to-day activities, managing the reception and meeting area and is responsible for overall front desk activities. Her strong background in sales and customer service are what make her stand out.
Originally from New York, Amy describes herself as a people-person. She enjoys friendly conversations, rainy days and supporting her son’s ice hockey talent as a traveling athlete.
