Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

 1 cup oats, gluten-free if needed
 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 2 tsp chia seeds
 ½ apple, shredded skin on
 ½ cup apples, chopped
 ½ tsp cinnamon

Shred and chop apples.

Make

Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake well.

Refrigerate overnight.

Remove from refrigerator and stir. Garnish with chopped apple, more
maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
